"This was all about trying to show that she is a bad person, and not about trying to find Caylee. You had the officers, who are homicide detectives, over here arresting her for an economics crime. People are smarter than that. People aren't as stupid as law enforcement thinks they are, with their leaks and their little shows. We need to get them focused on finding Caylee, not on creating little spectacles like this."

Baez said he does not plan to defend Casey any differently than he was before the latest arrest.

"We plan on putting up quite a fight," Baez told News 13. "There are compelling reasons for her actions, but I'm not going to be bullied into displaying -- into showing my hand, because they decide to put on a little spectacle. Dive teams search for Jaliek Rainwalker in river aug

A New York State Police dive team were called to search a part of the Hudson River after Greenwich Police Chief George Bell said he received "pertinent information" regarding missing Greenwich boy Jaliek Rainwalker.

He would not elaborate on that information.

The divers arrived at the River near a bike path off Fourth St. in Watervliet, and spent a majority of the day searching the water, according to Chief Bell.

Divers left the scene confident that Rainwalker was not in the water, Bell said.

Chief Bell could not comment on reports that rifles were found in the water during the search; he did say the firearms were not related to the search for Rainwalker.

The dive search has concluded.

Local 6 News on Friday exclusively obtained e-mails from Casey Anthony, the mother of a missing 3-year-old Orlando girl, that she sent to a 12-year-old girl she befriended since being bailed out of jail.

The e-mails, letters and a bracelet were sent to Dakota Skii, a St. Cloud Middle School student, who helped organize a vigil in St. Cloud earlier this month for Caylee Anthony, who has been missing since mid-June.

Skii, who believes Caylee is still alive, was hospitalized with a severe stress-related medical issue after hearing that sources recently said DNA results and air sample tests from Casey Anthony’s car suggest that Caylee is likely dead, Skii's grandmother, Lois Peter, told Local 6 News.

A hand-written note sent to Skii from Casey Anthony said:

"Hey Sweetie! I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for my family. I am really looking forward to seeing you. We will schedule something very soon, I promise. I would love to have you spend the night, and spend time getting to know each other. You are such an amazing girl and already a true friend. We are so blessed to have you and your Mom in our lives. There is still not much news concerning Giovanni Gonzalez blood results are back but there not releasing the info

Test results are back from blood found in the Lynn home of a missing boy’s father, and the district attorney says he’s “optimistic” the child is still alive.

Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett will not disclose the blood test results because of the ongoing investigation, his spokesman Steve O’Connell said. But, Blodgett is hopeful that 5-year-old Giovanni Gonzalez is still alive.

“We still have optimistic hopes Giovanni Gonzalez is alive,” Blodgett said.

here is a list of some the things that were in the 400 pages of documents that were released tot he public

Casey's ex-fiancé told detectives he discovered she had deleted more than 200 photos of her with Caylee that were online.
Cindy Anthony, Casey's mother, told one of her daughter's friends that Casey is a "sociopath" and he shouldn't talk to her anymore.

- One of Anthony's long-time friends told detectives that while Casey was pregnant with Caylee, she talked about putting the baby up for adoption, but her mother wouldn't let her.

- The same friend described Anthony as "bipolar."

- Anthony's vehicle, found abandoned at an Amscot on Colonial Drive, was parked next to a dumpster.

- A manager at the wrecker yard where Anthony's vehicle was towed told detectives the car smelled like another vehicle once stored on the lot in which a man committed suicide inside.

- Anthony's most recent boyfriend told detectives she "pretty much shacked up" at his apartment, cooked and did his laundry.

Here we go again 5 year old missing Giovanni Gonzalez from Lee Massachusetts father not talking

Oh my here we go again, son missing father not talking.

Daisy Colon Dropped her son off Fri 15th for his weekend visit with his father Ernesto L Gonzalez Jr. 36. When she returned sun to pick him up. No one anwered the door. She contacted police and they busted in and found the father and no sign of Givoanni Gonzalez.

Ernesto L Gonzalez has been charged with child endangerment regarding the the connection with is son disapperance.

He will not talk to law enforcement.
Anyone with information about Giovanni’s disappearance or whereabouts can call 911 or Lynn police at 781-595-2000.

he was last seen wearing blue denim jeans, a red T-shirt, a silver braided chain and black Spiderman sandals.

He was also carrying a black Transformers backpack that contained clothes and toys. Police said he has a faded skin pigmentation mark on the lower right side of his chest and a small scar above his left eyebrow. He also has a slight birthmark on his left inner ankle.

Casey Anthony borrowed the shovel to break the lock on the shed to get the gas

I have a four year old. He gets checks up. I had to take him in two weeks ago because he had gotten into some poison ivy.

Florida has 17 days to press charges against Casey Anthony

Casey Anthony could be released without bail if the state does not press charges within 17 days. It does not mean shes not guilty. That law was put in effect so they cant make people sit in jail that cant afford bail
