This re arrest seems to be concerning the theft. This rearrest is not for the disappearance of
Caylee Anthony

When a person is re arrested when they are out on bond. They have to go in front of the judge before they are released again on bond. Right now Casey bond is 3000.00 but the judge has the right to look over the evidence in the first case and decide from there.
The first hearings start about 11:30 on Saturdays.
I didn't even know they had court on the weekends
