SATSUMA, Fla. -- As sympathy for Haleigh Cummings' family grows, so does the divide between them. Nightly vigils for the missing 5-year-old continue. There's always one on her mother's side, and another on her father's side. Each side says the same prayer, for Haleigh to come home, but they pray separately.
Haleigh's mother, Crystal Sheffield, and father, Ronald Cummings, are not on speaking terms. "I passed him on the road and other than that, I've had no contact with him," says Sheffield of her ex-boyfriend.
Adding to the family feud is Haleigh's grandmother's anger that Sheffield allowed her and Ronald's 4-year-old son, Junior, to be interviewed on Geraldo Rivera's national television show. Teresa Neves says, "Personally, I think it's child endangerment. If somebody thought that child could identify them, what would they do? I'm waiting on one grandchild to come home. I certainly don't want anything to happen to any of my other grandchildren."
