ANTIOCH, Calif. -- Authorities declared the Antioch home where kidnap victim Jaycee Lee Dugard and her two children were imprisoned in a squalid backyard compound uninhabitable Monday.
While investigators used rakes, shovels and chain saws to probe the backyard for evidence, a red tag was nailed to the front of the home declaring it uninhabitable and barring anyone was entering the structure.
Over the weekend, deputies and prosecutors from two counties and officers from two city police departments were using the dogs, shovels and other tools to inspect the neighboring yard, which sits behind an off-white house with a chain link fence.

The Monster's first wife says he once "tried to gouge" her eyes out with a safety pin.
Phillip Garrido, who is accused of kidnapping Jaycee Lee Dugard and raping her repeatedly during 18 years of captivity, went into a jealous rage when he saw another man flirting with his wife.

Hasanni Campbell Case : foster parents arrested
OAKLAND, Calif. -- The foster parents of missing five-year-old Hasanni Campbell are maintaining their innocence after their arrest on Friday on charges of murder, according to an attorney who visited the two in jail on Sunday.
Louis Ross was arrested on suspicion of homicide on Friday. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
Jennifer Campbell was arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting a felony. She is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
Ross reported Hassani missing on August 10th from Oakland's Rockridge area.

Then Sandra Cantu, heaven Nevaeh Buchanan,Robert Manwill and Caylee Anthony was all found deceased, i had to walk away.
I figured i was not helping save them, but now that jaycee is coming home after 19 years. we just cant give up on the missing, they still could be out there somewhere

Jaycee Dugard case : My thoughts on the case
I probably will never understand how this happened for this long
especially with the kidnapper being on lifetime parole.
I can only hope that every parole officer will check deed records of all there paroles and do a complete check of the whole property.
My Thoughts about Jaycee children
How will they overcome this ?
The 15 year old childhood is almost over, My heart goes out to them all.
They have probably never had any type of formal schooling
The 11 year old still has a few years of childhood left.
I hope all girls get spoiled rotten from everybody
I hope all three will never have to worry about working, Just lead a life of joy.
There going to needs lots of counseling.
Jaycee I hope you never feel ounce of guilt. You were a child, I guess everyone let you down.
I say more people will now be looking over the fence to the neighbors yard to just say hello. it would not hurt to be a nice friendly neighbor maybe we can bring more kids home
My prayers and thoughts will be with dugard family, these next few months are going to be hard on them,

"i will take a look at the price sheet and send you over a copy of the revised brochure tomorrow," she wrote in an e-mail written on May 7, 2007. "as to the pictures sorry ... but we don't have a digital camera ... hopefully you can find a way to get me those pictures you want so i can add them to them brochure. i can get the brochures to you pretty fast within the week of final approval of the brochures. “After 18 years of abuse from her kidnappers, Jaycee Dugard has a second chance at living a regular life without fear. Jaycee Dugard was kidnapped in 1991 at the age of 11 and was held captive by a registered sex offender and his wife for 18 years.
