The neighbor voluntarily let them search their property
becouse the house was vacant before he moved in the house 3 years ago
The neighbor is absolutely not a suspect in this case

Im going to pray really hard that those two children were not abused by this sick man
With the facts that we have, with the age of the oldest daughter there is no way of hoping that Jaycee was not abused but I hope her scars can heal.
